Luciano's Italiano - Duluth

The food was not good at all. Pasta tasted basic like the sauce came from a grocery store. The flatbread was not even baked all the way. Cesar salad is just a few big leaves that you have to cut up yourself. The price for the quality of food is outrageous.

Horrible Service. We made reservations for 6:45pm for a party of 9 at least a week in advance to celebrate a milestone birthday. We arrived at said time and were seated immediately and introduced to our server Misty. She took our order and brought our drinks within the first 20 mins. And then we watched as she served other tables and completely ignored us for more than 30 mins. She never returned to refill our drinks, replenish the bread, clean the table or ask if we needed anything. We received our meals an hour after we ordered. 8/10 of the meals were served at room temperature. The manager did nothing to rectify the situation. We paid full price plus the automatic 20% gratuity for our meals. We were celebrating a birthday. We could have and should have gone across the street to Frankies. Don't be like us. There are far better establishments in the area.

4 out of 5 meals came out of the kitchen and were good. One meal came out cold, with mushy pasta and chicken that was dry and tasted off. Our service was not as good as usual. We waited over an hour for our meals and bread was delivered to the table after our meals were finished. Overall a disappointing dining experience. Not as good as the service and food quality as we had experienced in the past.

Such a great restaurant. The drinks were delicious and the food was even better! We loved the bread and sauce that they serve for the table. The shrimp appetizer and the veal parm was amaaaazing!! Our server, Kim, was beyond wonderful. Super knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. She is so good at her job and made us feel special. We would love to come back the next time we visit the area.

My husband and I decided to eat at Luciano's before we headed to a concert at the Gas South Arena and we are so glad we found this place! The environment was lively, service was great, and the food was incredible! My husband said it was the best chicken Alfredo he's ever had and I had a special, the oxtail pasta, and it was so unique and absolutely delicious. We cannot wait until we are back in the area to eat here again!
