Mama's Kitchen Taiwanese Food - Duluth

A famous local restaurant. Locals come here to enjoy their Asian food cravings. It supposedly offers Korean food, but it is mixed of Korean or Chinese food. The style or quality of Korean food is not expected as one in Korea or in Korea town. None of them tastes like Korean food. The tastes and styles were tailored to locals. Very friendly staff, and I can tell a Korean lady worked hard and received respect from locally. She supports local colleges, and mama kim is a part of Charleston.

FOOD: Great Food especially the Taiwanese Fried Chicken Salt Pepper Fish, Beef Noodle Soup is good too COST (OUT OF 4 Reasonable cost DÉCOR: Food Court, inside H-Mart SERVICE: This is where they lose points. Unbelievably slow. Not good if you're trying to do a quick lunch. Waited 1/2hr for my order. RECOMMEND: Ok would RECOMMEND and I would go back but please fix the fulfillment time issue. I know they were sort of slammed for lunch but if you can't make it quick be honest and let the customers know how long the wait really is

We've been regular patrons of Mama's Kitchen and have enjoyed most everything that we've ordered. The usual goodies that we get are the Beef Stew Noodle Soup, Taiwanese Stir-Fried Rice Noodle w/ Pork, and the Fish Filet in Black Bean Sauce. The Beef Stew Noodle Soup is a favorite, we always get that on every visit if we can stay a while to eat it onsite. It's best enjoyed fresh, not as takeaway. Don't let the food court ambience discourage you, coz you'll be missing out on some great food.

Mama's Kitchen is actually a food stall in the H Mart. We ordered three items: beef stew noodle, three cups chicken and minced pork. All three dishes were delicious and plentiful...so plentiful that we had enough leftovers for another two meals. Service is quick. We ordered our items to go and all were properly wrapped so not only did the food stay hot, there was no mess or spillage on the way home. We highly recommend Mama's Kitchen!

My favorite restaurant in Johns creek. Customer service is so amazing I always feel taken care of. Some of the best Taiwanese food I've had.Food: 5/5
