Moe's Southwest Grill - Duluth

I will never understand why some Moe's Southwest Grill locations are so terrible. I visited this place on Sunday and was highly disappointed. I couldn't understand why there were so few toppings on my nachos, and when I asked for extra sour cream, I was given just a small spoonful. If they want customers to come back, they need to make sure they are getting what they paid for. $10.00 for nachos is not cheap, especially when they skimp on the toppings and fill the bowl with beans and salad. I will not be returning to this location.

I had never experienced discrimination until I visited this restaurant. I placed a pickup order through the app and when I arrived to pick it up, I told the cashier my name and order. However, she insisted on seeing my order on my phone. As I went back to my car to retrieve it, another customer walked in, showed no proof of their order, received their food, and left. When I questioned why I had to show my order while others did not, the cashier had no explanation. It seemed as though I was being treated unfairly because of my race. In a time like this, it is important for people to be mindful of how they treat others. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service is not very friendly. Customers were discussing the staff's lack of courtesy while waiting in line. If you choose to dine here, be prepared for subpar customer service and ensure your order is correct before leaving. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I've eaten here before, but this time it wasn't fresh or appealing. the chips were too thin and not fulfilled. the esstic were all dirty and the workers seem to help her to eat everything they want. there were no customers so that the staff was just standing around.

Whoa, this place has had some bad reviews as of late. I'm willing to give four stars however, I've only had like one bad experience here, about of twenty or so. In fact, they've been notably very very nice on a couple of those times.
