Gabby's Bistro - Dumaguete City

Great to go to after using their pool,a pizza or a burger with the kids is exellent, the pool function area is great (hired it twice now) quite a classy and inexpensive venue for a gathering of family and friends, extensive menu to choose from and good value.

Another local restaurant with better atmosphere than nevas but prices are up somewhat also. a little more variety, much better breakfast menus with european considerations ( brecky anyone??) four gabby outlets in dgt city i think, all that i have tried are quite good

Eversince I first visited Dumaguete years ago, i've been a great fan of Gabby's Bistro. Servings are big and really yummy. It is where the western converge with asian food. I'm a meat eater and I always go for their pork meals. Their BackRibs? oh man it's to die for!

The diner is very friendly and inviting, nice setting, inside and outside. Wide variety of mainly Western and some Filipino dishes, good food quality, reasonable prices. Coffee is also good. However, service is unfortunately quite slow and some of the staff are less friendly than what you would expect in Dumaguete City. Definitely worth trying for a chilled brunch.

We went here because of recommendations from friends. From the exterior view up to the plates of the food, everything felt retro in this Bistro. It felt like I was in Grease (the movie), drinking milkshakes with John Travolta! More importantly the food was served and presented very neatly, plus everything was great for my tastebuds. I really liked the Surf and Turf and their Oreo milkshake.
