Panda Ice Cream - Dumaguete City

The star is not for the place but the food, ice cream and price is way expensive for what it is. Food not good.

Must try their novelty... fried ice cream! Yes, it is fried!

Personally liked the fried ice cream, mocha flavored.

They have a vast menu at Panda, savoury and sweet, maybe its too big. I was there purely for the ice-cream which is OK. But the Sundea's are their specialty and students from nearby Silliman Uni were squealing with delight. Very well mannered and efficient staff. Maybe I'm fussy, I notice these things. I enjoyed Panda. Yummy place.
