El Tapatio - Dumas

We had a great meal at Taqueria El Tapatio. The food was really good but they messed up on the order. Not a big deal. The food was still great. The service we got was also very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The service was great: friendly, prompt, attentive. The food was reasonably priced, tasty, and satisfying. I look forward to returning!

Had a steak ranchero the first time that was awesome (pan seared or flat grill cooked). This time wanted something lite, so ordered fajita quesadillas and was greatly surprised... they used homemade tortillas, yum.

Food is wonderful, How ever the music on the back ground some times is not family friendly. It's usually in Spanish my kids speak spanish and last couple of time we went was the same.

The service is usually decent but the food quality has consistently been hit or miss (definitely more on the miss side). Most of the food has the appearance and taste of having been prepared the day prior. The drinks are the only reason for the 2 star.
