Dunkin' - Dumfries

This place easily gets overwhelmed at peak times. Very little care was taken with our order. Almost nothing was right and multiple folks kept coming up complaining about incomplete or incorrect orders. We were there on a Saturday morning. The drive through was slower than going inside.

This used to be one of my favorite spots but the customer service is terrible and the food has absolutely no distinction from what Dunkin used to be... ?

It took over 15min. Waiting in the drive through only one car infront of me., so I left and came back and waited another 10 minutes for 3 donuts and ice cream. Donuts were hard . Very bad time. In a drive through.

So check your receipt cause these jerks will charge you full price for the coffee and either donut, bagel, croissant deal. Worst part is he put it in the system after charging full price then said yeah if I put in this way it comes up the sale AND THEN DIDN'T CORRECT IT ? TERRIBLE DON'T GO HERE OHHHH AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY DAUGHTER'S DONUT if I could leave a negative 1000 I would sorry employees
