Subway - Dumfries

It's a good place to get a sub. I like the staff they are friendly and they take their time. They're asking for queues and they work in record time. I gave him four stars because his last time to get a sub there. Hands down, I'm coming back.

Sandwiches are well made. Rest rooms need improvement.

I recently ordered from this restaurant, and it was fantastic! This place truly deserves a 5-star rating. My daughter even mentioned that we should give it 5 stars in our review because she loves Subway!

My family and I stopped by after church on Sunday. I ordered subs to go when we left the state, but once we hit the road, I discovered that my sandwich had NO MEAT! I understood it was just a mistake. On Monday, I sent an email to the store about it but didn’t hear back until Thursday. I called the company’s office and was told that the store would reach out to me within 72 hours. Now it's been four days, and I still haven't received a response. This is classic franchise customer service. We will never return to this location again, and whenever Subway comes up in conversation, I will make sure to share this experience.

Delicious food and ever-increasingly speedy service made for a seamless experience. I will definitely return!
