Best Brisket in a 100 miles radius, very delicate and has a good smoke taste. Bands are just as good. Every time I'm in the area, I always stop to my fix for her bride. Where I live, you can't get a smoked brisket, only ribs and pulled pig. I cost numerous BBQ restaurants from North, South, East and Midwest to Texas. Her smoked meat is up there with the more famous barbecue areas. If I could get them to add burned ends to their menu.

I often eat here, and I tried several menu items. I wasn't even disappointed. One of my favorite pleasures during the visit is to know that I can expect great food every time. These people really know what they do! The food is consistently delicious, and an excellent service is guaranteed. There's nothing bad to say about Ridgeview! Delicious, clean, professional... And you're never hungry. I recommend the bride to everyone with taste buds, best sauce I ever had! Thanks for serving the best Bbq in the valley!

I am always pleased when I dine here! Today, I ordered two Big Ridge Taters and a Brisket Platter. The brisket is consistently delicious. As for the Tater, it truly lives up to its name, with a capital T! I could only manage to eat a small portion of it, but it was fantastic! Highly recommended!

I had Ridgeview for my wedding event on 05/04/18 and it was really a hit. This is my favorite bbq place at all times. People are friendly and efficient. came today for lunch and the line was the door, but got our food very fast. I'm not even much on pork, but I love these bbq pork sandwiches! Plus sandwiches are about the size of two. You really get your money worth it.
