Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food was okay. I had to send my turkey and move because it was cold. The first plate came with two slices of cold turkey. The second came with a slice of warm turkey and room temp dressing. We never got butter for the cookies. Our tea glasses were only refilled once and we were not offered any cups. We only saw our waitress (Holly) three times as soon as we set ourselves and they immediately asked if we knew what we wanted to eat before we even ask what we wanted to drink, and secondly, when she had the food and the third time she filled our drinks and broke out the check. I understand it's Christmas weekend and they're busy and short, but that doesn't mean that customer experience should be completely forgotten. If we go back, we won't have them back as a waitress.

Natalie was my waitress she was very nice and pleasant. She provide me with good serve and the food was good.

I came here for an early lunch today. The store was packed full of holiday gifts other items. Everything was organized and neatly displayed. The sales associates were friendly. Now with the restaurant it is a hit or miss with how good your service and food will be. Today it was pretty good and I didn?t have to wait too long for my food to come out. But like most restaurants today, it?s difficult to get good help and some days are better than others. So hang in there Cracker Barrel do your best with what you got!

I'm really over your service!! My co-worke5s and I ordered take put from you at least twice re a week and you can NEVER get our food right!! This is my over medium eggs and bacon that I DID NOT ask for it to be crispy!! U will last week our order was wong. And 3 times, the week before!! Do better!!!

I have been to different Cracker Barrel?s across the US, and it still does not disappoint. The store front was simply amazing. So many cool things to see that were country, farmhouse, shabby chic, which is just my style. The ambiance of this restaurant in SC did not disappoint, and the biscuits continue to be amazing. However, my dinner was not the best. It tasted canned and cold. Maybe it was just my dinner, who knows? But I?m glad I got to experience this restaurant again. And as always, southern hospitality was AMAZING!
