Little Caesars Pizza - Duncan

The pizza was already prepared and it was delicious enough to enjoy right away! Haha!

I visit this restaurant almost every day to pick up an order, but only about a third of the time is it ready when I arrive. I always bring my pizza bag and place the pizza inside as soon as I receive it. However, there are times when they are quite busy, and I have to wait. Overall, it’s a bit inconsistent.

Wow. Something's going on with Little Caesars. We've lived here for 9 months and ordered at least three times at Little Caesars. The pizza is great. But I can't find out that it's possible to want chickens without sauce. That's the third time I delivered the wrong chicken. I called myself and my order and asked why they sent me the wrong chicken. He said it said Grill. I didn't order Grill, I know how to order online the fact that they screwed it three times shows me that they don't pay attention. The food is not the staff. The young man said I'm sorry you had the wrong thing, but that's what it says. I told him I appreciate his information and that I would show it and not order it again. He didn't react so I was suspended. What happened to customer service especially when companies seem to be fleeing for companies. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

No 3 meat pizzas ready, charged me .99 for some pizza sauce, really? Every where else it's free.

If you are hungry and you like pizza, you can get it thick or thin or Chicago style or ultra thin or stuffed. However you want it. Having wasted an hour trying to get a pizza delivered from another unnamed pizza chain, I was really looking forward to the delivery of my pizza. The lady was very polite who delivered it and it's hot and exactly what I ordered. There were no snafus whatsoever. Little Caesars is important for another reason. The owner of Little Caesars paid the rent for Rosa Parks for the rest of her life. Not only good pizza, good employees, and the employers with hearts. I will always eat pizza here.
