There was an error in my home delivery. When I called, the manager Nicki took full responsibility as per training new staff. She was empathetic, very professional and fixed the issue. Nicki then went above and beyond. The meals were delicious as always and I will continue to eat here…eh we were all new at one point.

We waited 45 min to be seated, cooks under cooked my steak, requested for steak to be cooked med while! Steak came back burnt! Who is the cook? Very disappointed....

Servers and manager were top notch. That sure didn't taste like a Mike's burger. Still a good burger mind you.

We waited an hour to be seated. And then 40 more minutes for our food. Then all of our food was half raw. Waited another 20mins for them to re-cook it. And then to top it off it still wasn’t cooked. Just seemed like they wanted to chase us away. Mr mikes deserves this bad review tonight. Please do better.

The food was hot and tasted how you would expect a Mike Burger would taste. Our server was friendly. She did great navigating my grandma's requests Asian grandma... that's all I have to say lol. One of my favorite things to have which I did not order this time is their Chicken Strips! You can tell they are made in house and have great seasoning
