They did a good job. 7 milkshakes. All correct except 2 missing cherries.

Excellent service! We ordered 7 milkshakes. 2 med. chocolate shakes. 2 med strawberry shakes 1 med strawberry shake, no whip. 2 large resses butter cup shakes. Our order was correct except for 2 missing cherries, on the med. chocolate shakes. We had enough spoons, and straws as well. It was a joy to watch the gal on the skates. Great job, everyone. Thanks for helping make my birthday gathering great.

The carhops are SO SUPER NICE here so I hate to leave a bad review, but the overall visit and food quality has been subpar the past few times I've visited. The most recent time, I ordered a soft pretzel twist with cheese and a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper through the app — a super special one time treat for me to celebrate losing 50 pounds this year. The first stall I pulled into, the screen was messed up so I couldn't see the stall number to check in. It seems like I pull into one of these messed up stalls every time I visit, even though I pick a different one each time. I know that's more a corporate problem than anything the store can do something about, but it's super annoying. I pulled out and pulled into a different stall. Then I waited a good 15 minutes or so for my order to be brought out. Carhop was super nice and apologized for the wait, so I was like no biggie. Like I said, the carhops are always so super nice and friendly! But then when I pulled out, as I'm reaching into the bag I notice they didn't include the cheese for the pretzel This happens about 50% of the time so I should have checked beforehand but I was in a hurry since I had already waited longer than expected. I took the pretzel out of the sleeve, figuring I might as well munch on it even without the cheese, but it was not warm/hot at all and was all wrinkled up like it had been sitting a long time. Ugh. I took a sip of my drink and couldn't taste any cherry at all just the vanilla. Popped the lid off to verify, and there was no red syrup or any scent/taste of cherry at all, so it seems they forgot that too. The carhop didn't give me a receipt, but ai had one on the app. When I contacted customer support for a refund (because the stores themselves can't refund orders paid through the app), they ignored my refund request despite not receiving the correct items, and instead offered me a $1.99 pretzel coupon with any purchase. Lol. Less than half of what I paid for the initial order, and I have to spend more money to use it. Which I can't even use it because this was a one time cheat treat for myself. Unfortunately it looks like I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. You would think that Sonic corporate would want to make things right if you received 2 incorrect items out of the 2 items you ordered, but I guess not.

Ordered 3 pretzels and waited 5 mins to even place the order then a further 20 mins for it to be delivered

Arrived and ordered 2 milkshakes. Took 30 minutes before the order came it and I watched it sit for approximately 17 minutes on counter to be served.
