Írjon visszajelzéstI visited Duncannon as a hiker and often experience mixed results when dining in a hiking town. I really enjoy their breakfast style. I had a great time meeting locals while eating at Tresor. The seating was comfortable, even with other hikers around. There are plenty of seats available, allowing for private conversations as well. Once the staff warms up to you, it feels just like home, which is a wonderful feeling when you live several hundred miles away. This is definitely my spot!
We ordered breakfast for pickup, and it was fantastic! The staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our meal. Overall, it was a great breakfast experience!
I traveled four hours from Connecticut to get there by 8:00 AM, and I was really hungry by the time I arrived. After filling up my tank, I asked a friendly redhead for a breakfast recommendation, and she suggested GOODIES. I decided to check it out. I tried something new on the menu that I had never had before. The staff recommended the horse cycling dish, and they suggested adding syrup to it. I really enjoyed it, especially with the syrup, since it was breakfast time. The coffee was served hot and came with plenty of refills, and the #5 Special was just perfect. The service was excellent, and the locals and hikers, including myself, were treated with great hospitality, all while I shared a bit about my SAAB adventures.
We've been at Goodies in recent years and never had a bad breakfast there. Goodie's is just a few miles from outside summer place and since they are only open until 11:00, it is a great place for us to go to breakfast
This is one of those breakfast spots you just have to hit especially if you're hiking the Appalachian Trail. Fast service and amazing food. I ate here twice.
