Slow and Incompetent.... I know, its just Dunkin Donuts, right?... Yeah, still slow and Incompetent

This morning was the worst experience ive ever had. I go to this dunkin donuts everyday, at the same time. The app and website says it opens at 5am. When i ordered my food and got in the drive thru with multiple other cars by 520ish, no employee was in the store. Unfortunately since i already paid and had work i couldnt stay and wait until someone decided they wanted to work. I just called the store to get this taken care of and they said they couldnt help me because the store doesnt open until 6, when the website says 5. Then she asks for my name and says she still cant do anything because i could be lying. There needs to be someway for them to realize they screwed up, they want to promote using the app so bad yet when theres a problem like this they want to push the blame away. This is ridiculous.

They put 6 donuts in a bag and by the time I got around to eat one it was a jumbo mess

Horrible experience. We started coming here after church and school events since August. 90 percent of the time my order is wrong. A simple egg and cheese bagel.Today they got my order wrong three times. First didn't use a bagel for a bagel sandwich. Then one of the workers comes and puts his hands in our food bag without talking or asking permission.My new sandwich is with cold cheese. Then they melt the cheese right off of it. I go to bite in and the meat isn't cooked fully. We spent over $50 dollars and this is the service we get. My family won't be coming back.

Was working at Trade Point Atlantic on a windy cold day. Came in for a Hot Coffee and sandwich. Great atmosphere staff friendly and courteous. Easy to locate with a drive thru.
