Mcdonald's - Dundalk

I placed an order today using the McDonald's App (delivery) and I am convinced they do not read the order tickets before making food. I ordered two cheeseburgers with extra ketchup,mustard,pickles and onions. They barely put any ketchup or mustard. There were no onions. The only thing they got correct was the extra pickle part. I do not understand how they can continue to mess up orders. This is an ongoing problem with this location.

I was there tonight at 755 pm got home nuggets were old n cold also fries same n I don't drive to go back so I called n I been calling sence I got home n they pick up n hang up on me so I will be going there tomorrow..

The app was having technical issues and it said to go inside. The cashier and Manger both had no clue about the app at all, and could not help. She literally kept asking the same question over and over. Frustrating to say the least.

HORRIFIC Service....no one else in drive thru lane, no special order n I had to wait EXTRA long for a warm, not hot, sandwich n undercooked fries...NEVER get quality food at this location....
