The Kitchen Table Cafe Bake - Dunedin

Great place to meet and start your day with delicious food and probably the best service I have had in a restaurant for some time. Friendly competent staff and a barista that made me think of the Eveready battery bunny he just never stopped). Despite some inconsiderate crowd reserving a large table and not turning up on time meaning we had to squeeze onto a little table the staff were excellent and our food was delivered in double quick time. The porridge was superb and the Eggs Benedict were also the best we had eaten for a long time. We will definitely be back, we will reserve the large table and WE will be on time!!

Lovely cafe with nice atmosphere.loved the big windows. No trouble finding an open table. The menu is written on blackboard so I think it changes regularly. They have a nice selection of cabinet food too. All the items sounded and looked delicious. Ordered eggs benne and haloumi open sandwich, berry brioche. Food was flavorful and absolutely delicious. Service was prompt and very friendly. Would definitely come here again.

The food is good, the coffee tasted alright, but presentation side can have some improvement. Friendly staff and good customer service. Don’t part at the back, stress parking only.

I came in for breakfast to takeaway, the service was awesome, The staff were so warm and friendly. The hot chocolate was one of the best I've had, and the bagel with sundried tomato and cream cheese was delicious. I will definitely be back in the future.
