Hardee's - Dunn

All of our drinks were just carbonated water. All of the fries were just thrown in the bag and fell out of their boxes so it was just a big pile on top of the sandwiches

I went to the Hardee's with a friend, we were greeted, the cashier was some what new, so there was patience needed. Our order was taken, we were given the cups to get our drinks, we got our drinks and went to a table. We were brought our food in about 5 to 7 minutes. The food was good. The dining room needed some attention. I take it that they had been busy and just had not had time to clean. I did not have a problem with the service, because I understand what it is like, I have worked as a cashier in fast food since I was 15 and am currently 49. Hardee's was my first job.

Told to pull up for a double cheese burger, waited 13 minutes no one came, got out of car went to window waited there. They finally acknowledged me and I ask for refund. Then she tried to take out a drink that I didn't get?

Valentine's week, the heart-shaped cookies were a nice touch. I can honestly say that I went a few extra morning because of the hearty cookies. Always long drive thru lines on weekday morning at 8 o'clock, but they move quite fast.

I'm afraid this Hardee's is going to fall by the wayside as our previous Hardee's. Closure. The tables are filthy and sticky. The floors follow suit. There was no self serve sweetened tea for lunch. The order took 25 minutes to cook. The girl who took our order had a semi comatose personality. Another customer complained on where was his order. No wonder the place seemed empty during lunch hour. Both in the establishment and the drive thru. Seems the townsfolk already knew what I have just learned. Our local Hardee's is rapidly going downhill. Shameful, such a well built restaurant.
