Not all items arrived. Mashed potatoes were more gravy than potatoes.

I came on a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted by a friendly customer service cashier. I wanted to get the best for my money to feed a party of 20. Proposals and specials have been reviewed and after a few adjustments I left enough food that feeds all who arrived. The food was abundant and was still warm. For those who arrived a bit later, they found the microwave was the perfect choice to warm, they are meals. There was no name tag, so I didn't get the lady name that helped me.

Ordered a 16 piece chicken meal and it had to be cooked so we waited pulled back around only for them to say they threw it away and they always mess up the order... Cursing can be heard in the drive thru from the employees... $49.26 we paid and now we have to be refunded after waiting 20 minutes because they cooked 20 pieces of chicken and put it in the trash or took it home

Best food I've had at any KFC in a long time and service was great

It was great!! Except 1 male employee trying to rush me away from the window and there was no one behind me.... He was very rude. The lady working the window had to say something to him twice.. She told him, don 't do that 2x
