Olive Garden - Dunwoody

My boyfriend and I are regulars at this restaurant and have never had any problems until our visit on June 26th, 2023 at 9:30pm. We were informed by the hostess that they were only accepting takeout orders for the night, so we decided to leave. Strangely, another family came in right after us and were seated by the same hostess who had turned us away. We were confused as to why we were denied service while they were seated. The hostess, who appeared to be a teenage girl with light brown skin and hair, lied to us and it was very hurtful. We have dined there late before and never had any issues being seated. We ended up going to Maggiano's nearby and were treated with kindness and excellent service. The hostess there was welcoming and our waiter was friendly and funny, so we may start going there instead!

Wow! I really regret not reading the reviews before coming to this restaurant. Almost everything that could have gone wrong did. The interior is outdated, and there were very few customers (a red flag I should have heeded). The service was slow and the server was odd, making us nervous about the food. The unlimited salad was dry and the breadsticks were tasteless, nothing like the ones I remembered loving. My entree, cheese ravioli, was revolting and unappetizing. The filling had a strange, gooey texture that couldn't possibly be real cheese, and I couldn't bring myself to finish it. I'm surprised this place is still in business.

I want to start by giving a big shout out to our server Bianca, also known as Miss B. I live in Austell, and even though there is another Olive Garden closer to me, the last time my wife and I went there for lunch, the food quality was not great and the service was lacking. My wife had previously told me about a great experience she had at this location with a server, so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman who opened the door for us, already setting a positive tone for our visit. We were lucky enough to have Miss B as our server, who truly brightened our day with her excellent service. She goes above and beyond, and I believe she has great potential to move up within the company. The soup and salad we ordered were delicious, and we will definitely be calling ahead to see if Miss B is working before we dine at this location again. She is attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. 10/10 experience.

Went to Olive Garden for early dinner. Have been at that place a few times. I have to say that the place was really dirty. The table I have been offered was still dirty and sticky from the last customers. Even the menu was so dirty that I did not want to touch it. Its a shame that they don’t care. The waitress was not friendly at all, I did not really feel very welcome. Well, I was hungry and ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and an Olive Garden salad. Food was good, but considering the overall experience I don’t know if I will come back.

Worse service and food I have ever got from any restaurant. The Shrimp Alfredo had humans hairs in it. Garlic bread was low cooked. After finishing the main course then I got the Salad and garlic bread, after few times of calling the server. Called the manager about the hair in the food that I was ordered and manager act like this is a very minor issue. I will never visit this restaurant as well as any of the Olive Garden again!!
