Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - DURACK

Have been here regularly. Service is good, the place is clean and has been recently refurbished. The drive through service is good and quick. And the food is the usual Maccas quality.

Currently under renovations so only drive through is available. I find the staff here to always be courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered a coffee and raisin toast, got the coffee OK, they put the raisin toast in the toaster and then forgot about it and me, and they were not busy and there were more staff than customers. I eventually asked, and they handed me a cold piece of raisin toast. Just slack, no excuse, no attention to detail, no care.

Each time we visit the food is quality is the same... The chips are really good. Wonder how they make them? Kids love the McFlurry..

Quite often they manage to mix up my order with someone else and then i have to drive back around and ask for the correct one. How hard is it? And their frozen drinks machine is out of service more often than in service, but they dont bother to mark that on the menus so you know before ordering.
