Bojangles - Durham

Very slow drive thru. Food wasn't great. Staff was friendly even though they were having trouble. That's why 2 stars instead of one

They staff was nice. The fries were hot. The biscuits looked smaller and the cajun looked smaller too. No seasoning on fries when I asked for extra. Tea was awful, not sweet and tasted old

I sat in line at the drive through for 25 minutes. When it was my time to place an order, I was not paying attention because I was settling a dispute between my children. When I share with the work r that this was case, I sat in line all the way through,her response was ?not tryin to be funny?we don?t have nothin to do with that.? Classy response Take my order like the payingcustomer I am. And there?s no way to cut line here because of space. There are a lot of parents out there; we all have been inthose spots. Is customer service not relevant? The food is always Bojangles good here, I?m just upset with how this situationwas handled

Food is honestly good but your employees could be better with their anger problems and learn some respect, just bc they are having a bad day doesn?t mean it?s on me, just saying

Whoever made the fries Sept 22 at 6pm deserves a raise!!!!
