Chipotle Mexican Grill - Durham

The food was cold, the veggie burrito bowl was lacking black beans. very unsatisfied!

Sloppy meal prep. Not the first time Ive received a sloppy order and/or messed up order from this location.

In and atmosphere was low food options at the front were limited and scattered over the back of the kitchen. eating was ok, I got a ridiculous amount of rice and very little protein. the chips were stale, and the queso was ok. I like chipotle, but probably not again at this place.

This is truly despairing to write, I have been restraining from writing any reviews but after two different days in one week,First my lunch order was completey wrong on Monday and today I placed another placed another online order.Let me just start by saying my protein choicewas steak but instead i received a teaspoon of fat and bowl of beans no vegetables in which I ordered and then it was tasteless, if you guys cant afford to provide a serving please make customers aware youre selling tasteless samples at upcharge.

On 10/03/22, at approximately 8:37 p.m. I went to the Chipolte restaurant on Erwin Rd. There were 2 or 3 strips of steak remaining so I asked if they were making more. The server told me that they were cleaning the grill for the night and no more would be made. This seemed a bit strange as it was 2.5 hrs. before closing time. I was a bit disappointed as I drove from the other side of Durham bc the Erwin Rd. location is usually better than the Roxboro Rd. location. I settled for the chicken and was even more disappointed as it tasted sweet ? . Add this with a plethora ofannoying youth very little to no supervision running the place and you get one dissatisfied customer that will not return.
