Super Taqueria - Durham

I love this place. Huaraches is my favorite. Al Pastor torta is awesome. Tonight I had steak fajita and guac. Healthy portions of both. Very happy to have this local cantina

Super Taqueria to the rescue. Sometimes you just need a good taco. Being from the California bay area I miss the efficiency and perfection of a good taco or burrito. This place is a little slice of home. I highly recommend the carne asada in anything it will probably more than you expect. The portions are great. The carnitas were cooked to perfectly where some parts were caramelized but still moist. I had an asada taco and a carnitas gordita and highly recommend them both. This is a great place to grub and meet up with friends. They have 2 large seating areas and an excellent topping cart filled with the best homemade Mexican toppings. Beverages are various from horchata to beers.

Looking for great tacos? This is your place! They're generous with the proteins, and the salsa bar is solid. Update: The brisket is my go-to these days, consistently perfect!

Great authentic tacos. They give you plenty of meat, probably twice what you can expect from a truck for the same price. Opt for the carne asada, barbocoa, borrego, or chorizo. Pass on the al pastor and choose the mid pollo if you must. Expect to eat 3-4 if you're hungry because they're so good. They have a delicious salsa bar. Agua freshcas are also great. It's helpful to know a little Spanish when ordering, but service is always friendly and helpful. Gringo approved. I frequent twice a month.
