Wendy's - Durham

My order made online, paid for when I took it up, told me that they were closed and tried to go without my food when the restaurant was opened. had to wait in the window so that I could get my food and while I wait, I heard them talk between them and some things on Spanish say how to complain about their work, how come they already! that was about 9:15. never eat again from this place.

This place is nasty the will leave food sitting for bugs to get on and not clean up. They have cockroaches everywhere and they do nothing about DO NOT EAT THIS.

I'm so irritated. I paid for an $8+ avocado salad to not have avocado or bacon in it as it's supposed to. They are not answering the phone! I am livid!

Normally when I go to lunch and decided to go to Wendy's I have a pleasant experience. The staff is polite they allow me to speak my order without getting interrupted and fortunately today was not a day I was impressed with my food. One of my pet peeves is paying for food that is not made to the way that I have requested it. I placed an order today for lunch and had to make a quick because I am on a lunch hour and pressed for time. Not only was the meal $10 but it was $10 worth of ****. The bun was soggy, I asked for no tomatoes and there was tomatoes on my burger. As I was trying to state what I wanted, the person taking my order was so quick to cut me off just to get me through the line. The only thing I ate out of my meal that was worth it were the fries and the strawberry lemonade. I could've save my money

Great space and very clean store. All the sodas were available and the bathrooms were clean. Can't go wrong with a HOT and Fresh $5 Biggie Bag
