Dunkin' - Dyer

I used to really enjoy visiting this restaurant, but over the years, the customer service and quality of the food have declined significantly. Since August, I’ve been coming here every Thursday, and 9 times out of 10, my order is completely wrong. When I bring it up to the staff, they respond with attitude and disrespect. If they do attempt to resolve the issue, I can hear them talking rudely behind my back. Unfortunately, when I receive my revised order, it’s just as messed up as the first one.

I usually enjoy my coffee with cream and sugar, but lately it's been a bit inconsistent. With prices increasing everywhere, you really want your coffee to be good. So, I’ve started ordering it black, with cream and sugar on the side, and I've found that I like it better this way. However, I've noticed that the donuts seem to be getting smaller.

I visited Dunkin' Donuts, drawn in by their promotion for National Coffee Day, which promised a free medium coffee with any purchase for members. I ordered a medium hot coffee and two glazed donuts, totaling $6.17. However, the manager was rude and told me to contact corporate if I had an issue with not receiving the free coffee. This was a disappointing experience, especially as a loyal daily customer. The customer service was very poor.

Today the date of 9/24/2022 ...my review of this particular store is I've had bad experiences in here with the women...today I see that there is a young lady that is new to the team as cashier and she didn't know how to make a mocha blast...all I wantedor ask was for a manager for the sake of making the blast right...wen they get a person to do it she has a completeattitude...takes the blast to the counter and hisses as she walks away....Id like to think that I'm a fair man and as a customerI deserve gud if not but great service...this is the 3rd time that I've gotten attitudes in this particular store ...at thispoint I think someone should or maybe corporate should step in and teach some customers service. If happens again I will beconsidering other actions along with more bad reviews. Thanks

Usually the service here is great but today my hashbrowns were burnt and not very good. One was completely inedible. Hoping they'll be better next time. My Boston cream donut was good and the pumpkin iced coffee is great as usual .
