The staff seemed a bit preoccupied with other tasks around the restaurant and overlooked our order. However, the food was quite good.

You might need to request ketchup and salt separately for the fries. They've altered their burger recipe; I usually love the flamethrower burger, but this time it wasn't as good. The burger was a bit cold, the cheese was barely melted, and there was very little sauce.

I ordered a burger at the drive-thru and specifically requested no onions three times, yet they still added onions to it. After I had to pull up and wait, I eventually went inside to get it remade. The whole reason I went through the drive-thru was to avoid getting out of the car, but I ended up having to go inside. They really need to work on their listening skills!

Unusually great customer service. At fast food places I don't usually expect much but the girl behind the counter was really sweet and very efficient. Will be back for sure.

If I could add a negative review I would! Ordered 2 mini blizzards and small sundae. Waited for over 30 minutes. Cashier was too busy flirting with a couple of guys to pay any attention to her job. We finally had to ask where our order was and she toldus it had been dropped. After waiting another 10 minutes I went up front to check again the cashier told me it was on counter. Blizzards were melted and sundae was not what was ordered. Place was dirty tables were not wiped down.
