The very best Mexican Restaurant in town, always friendly and food great. They specialize in South Eastern Mexico dishes, with cream sauces the best., and regular type dishes are great too

This is the 3rd experience at Tecate's and it is a strike out for me. My Tacos Al Carbon were a wet mess with cooked carrots and celery in a red sauce! Never had Taco Al Carbon I had to eat w/ a spoon. Food was bland and service was near non-existent. We sat on the deck, first mistake as we were the only ones out there. I had to track down a server to refill our drinks and salsa on two separate occasions. I helped myself to napkins and to go boxes as we were virtually ignored. Wont be spending my monies there again.

The food was out fast! The Margarita was excellent! Would go again for sure. Must try!
