Mcdonald's - Eagan

I went to order my big Mac value to eat. the young behind the theke did not even know whether their C.C machine accepted google / samsung pay . was not long waiting for my eating and of course pommes cold and big mac was hardly warm.

2 burritos ordered, after hotter soße asked if hot sauce was in the bag when I took it. prawan said nothing in the bag. not even a serviette. on the website complain. offered 2 to replace them. when I was the tortillas so dry, they were like karton from a chipbox.

Great service of angelica and adriana every time when I go to breakfast in the morning? always a good customer service with a nice positive setting and always smile.

Drive through staff was friendly. Drive through set up was not the greatest. The owners should think about getting two lanes set up for ordering. It would be a more efficient use of space if there were two lanes.
