Taco Bell - Eagan

This is, without a doubt, the worst Tacoglocke I have ever visited! They are hardly ever open, and when they do open, they completely ignore customer orders and serve random dishes instead. To make matters worse, they forget something in almost every order. This place really should be closed for good—it's so terrible that it feels like they should just demolish it to ensure no more tacos pop up in this area!

I’ve learned to accept the usual annoyances, such as getting a medium drink instead of a large or occasionally missing items from my order. However, today was a different story. The burritos were mostly filler and barely had any meat in them. I spent too much money here for this experience to warrant even a single star.

The only thing open was the drive-thru due to some personal matters. My order was small and simple, but when I drove away and checked my food, it was incorrect. I had to wait in line again to get it fixed. The woman who took my order and worked the window was very pleasant, but she appeared intimidated by her coworker who prepared the food. When I finally got to eat my meal, it was terrible and overly dry. The only reason I'm giving this place one star instead of none is that the person who took my order was really friendly.

I visited today after the reopening, and I had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the food was tasty. The restaurant itself looks wonderful, and the new drive-thru is a great addition as well.

I placed an online order and drove to the restaurant, only to find it closed. It's 2:15 PM, and all the signs indicate they should be open until 4 PM. Many other customers are pulling up and discovering the same thing.
