My son and I visited a few days ago and were warmly greeted by two friendly young women. The space has a bar with stools as well as separate seating with tables, all of which is clean and inviting. We ordered the Flu Fighter smoothie and the Healthy Beat juice, and we both loved them! We will definitely be returning!

My own mistake was missreading the menu I had asked for a macha madness not realising the menu item was a mocha madness. The drink was ok for a chocolate flavor but not by any means great. Oddly on the sour side when chocolate drinks are normally a bit richer and less sour. Further adding to my dissapointment I learned there aren't any macha drinks served here at all which was actually a surprise to me and highly dissapointing. Overall I'm going to need to try a fruit drink or smoothie next time and possibly amend this review. Bit of an edit here the employees working the register and the back were fantastically well mannered and didn't seem to be cutting corners on the drink or anything and my drink came out extremely quickly considering they had 3 drinks to do in front of mine 15 min was an extremely quick turnover time.For now a 3/5 the mocha madness needs work.

Roxbury is great. The service is fast and all the ingredients are fresh. I've had three different types of smoothie and each was very good. The location was very clean, including the restroom.

Haley and Brooklyn are so sweet! I️ went in for a smoothie since I️ def needed it and I️ walked in having a rough day but walked out in the best mood. They are so sweet and they deserve kudos I️ hope the next time I️ go in they are working ? so sweet and very personable as well as very knowledgeable I️ appreciated them and I️ am so glad I️ ended up coming in. Gained a forever customer so sure

The smoothies and cleanliness are excellent. However, you can’t place a cleaning order over the phone, and the website isn’t functional. I’m puzzled about how others manage to get their cleaning. Do they just walk in and order, then return a day or two later to pick it up? It seems like the cleanings take a day to complete. I’ve tried this three times, but there’s never anyone at the Meridian, Idaho location to assist me. Additionally, their discount codes don’t seem to work for online orders!
