Írjon visszajelzéstOrdered food at 7.30. Eta was 8.15pm. Rand restaurant at 8.40pm and I heard them apologising to 3 other people about kitchen being slammed and no one to deliver. If you can’t cook food, and you can’t deliver food don’t take the orders. If there is an issue don’t pretend it is not your issue. The food arrived and was greasy and tepid. Overall a pretty poor experience.
I’m shocked at other people’s reviews , Happy garden has fantastic food and always busy with other customer waiting so it cannot be that bad!! I will always use them. The reason they only take cash is that credit card companies charge for the use of a card meaning they would have to put their prices up and they don’t want to do that as it’s well priced Please ignore bad reviews and give them a try!! Ordered 1.chicken and noodles soup 2. salt and pepper wings 3. barbecued ribs and 4. chicken chow mein. Got... warm soup with funny taste wings that were obviously not freshly made today or even this week...tough as old boot never seen barbecue ribs this colour swimming in very thin sauce chicken chow mein. .. very little chicken. I have used Happy Garden many times before and have been Happy with food provided...very disappointed with this one.. couldn't eat any of it..That's 23 pounds I won't get back
After ordering over the phone and paying by card at least twice a month for over a year, the business has now decided that they accept cash only for phone orders. I was directed to their website to place orders if I wanted to pay by card. The prices on the site are 40% higher than in their printed menu. They've lost this customer and I'm sure I won't be the last.
I have ordered takeaway from Happy Garden a couple of times. The food was fine. The biggest issue at Happy Garden is the delivery driver who sits out front in his chair. He is HURTING your business, Happy Garden. His presence is both awkward and uncomfortable, especially for women. As a member of your community, please resolve this issue.
