Mcdonald's - Easley

I probably eat here once a week and I'll get tired. the personal is almost always rude. they never salt the fries, the ice machine is always broken and every time I get a cupcake, it is stale and the time on it is good for hours. Maybe they should drive in pickens or white horse road.

I ordered over 24.00 food! When I came home, two of my things were not in the bag. So I called and I wanted to explain what happened. when I was cut off in the middle of the set. hold them 5 minutes, then I was hanged. So I called back! this child to say how rude it was that she hangs on a customer. She never said I'm sorry. She was rude! I asked for the number of companies. she said we didn't have it here? we only had the website. that's why I stop going to mcdonalds. I just left this time because I have my grandchildren babysitting. I gave them a star, and that's because I was nice. in contrast to this unprofessional manager.

Horrible customer service. Was missing an item literally off the dollar menu and the staff argued with me after I pulled everything out of the bag and asked me to give them the bag back. I would have paid an extra dollar to get my missing item and skipped them arguing. I finally told them just to forget it.. and left without the item I paid for!! Not to mention the guy handed me the wrong happy meal and asked me to open and check asked for it back and gave to the car behind me. How sanitary! I will not go back!

They are pretty quick. I hate that they stopped doing all day breakfast. Staff are friendly but I often wonder what sense does it make to have these people standing outside in the heat to take your card to a shed. Not understanding the difference between that and using the window. But I've never had a problem with my order being wrong. I don't even check my bag at the window anymore. Everything is there.

Fast, freendly, eating was made fresh, cheese had just melted, everything was boiled exactly right. I must tell them honestly that it was one of the best mcdonald’s breakfast I had in a good time, and I eat breakfast at mcdonald’s at least 4 or 5 times a week
