Johnny Macaroni's West Street

We were seated right away, but the food took longer than we anticipated to arrive. Additionally, the restaurant felt cramped and our small table in the corner was very unstable. The food was tasty, but the atmosphere and service were lacking.

Food was great. portion more than expected. service wonderful. Kathy was great.

We had chicken, broccoli alfredo, chicken cacciatore, chicken saltimbocca, and a seafood special. Everyone loved their meal. We all had leftovers except the person that got the small portion. Eacg meal could be large or small , a great idea. Overall, we have always had great food here.

Delicious! Great service! They give large portions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Truley enjoyed the experience , and look forward to going back!

My first every experience at Johnny Macaronis was AWESOME. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. From the time we walked in the door to the time we we left we were treated to a wonderful experience. This establishment has truly exceptional staff, and the food it literally to die for! I love their gravy aka sauce : . I like my sauce on the lighter/sweeter side and I ordered their chicken parm. which was one of the best I have ever tasted. The only comparable one was in the North End in a restaurant that is no longer there. Pan fried chiken and the portion, although I picked the smaller one, was more than enough! I took it home for leftovers and it may feed me twice more. The fried ravoli as my son said, Was the best he has ever had!! . I would highly recommend this restaurant over any other one on the South Shore for Italian food. Bertuccis, Olive Garden, they have nothing on this place ! Please do yourself a favor and go here you will NOT be disappointed and will be very glad you did :
