I visited this restaurant for dinner, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences in Bunbury. The ambiance was perfect for a quiet evening, offering a lovely view of the golf course. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the meals were simply outstanding. The restaurant was beautifully furnished and well-presented in all respects.

We dined at this restaurant on Saturday night, and our experience was quite average. I ordered the soy braid with chili lime carrots and sweet potato gnocchi. Unfortunately, the gnocchi was missing, and the carrots were raw. When I inquired about the missing gnocchi, the waitress informed me that they were actually sweet potato flavored gnocchi and that the restaurant used that name for branding purposes. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant; the service was poor and the overall dining experience was disappointing. We were staying at the hotel and thought we would give the facilities a try, but it turned out to be a mistake.

Food was delicious, and service was 10/10. We will be back for sure. Thank you

I’ve just been to your restaurant The Vitoria Bay. How very disappointing it was, mind you the food was very nice, but the service was absolutely appalling we had a table of 8 with the rest of the restaurant was reasonably full, with a function elsewhere. There where not enough staff to cover the needs of those in the Dining room. We had to ask to be served to order our meal. We never had anyone to remove the dirty plates, we placed them on another table that had not been cleared. I had to ask to order sweet, and then they forgot to make it or even serve. How dare this happen at a flash place that you look forward to going to, I feel for those people who staying at this such a flash place ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Lift your **** game.
