Domino's Pizza - East Cambridgeshire

We tried the pizzas from Domino's in 2014 and they were really delicious. The dough is made fresh, not sitting for weeks on end. Definitely worth giving Domino's a try.

This situation was quite good earlier, but last year beaten on the hill. tonight we ordered on Wednesday, the tracker said that the pizza was delivered and the pizzas showed up with hardly warm. very disappointed.

Very disappointed. eating came almost hours after the order. when it arrived, eating was cold and they had given us the wrong size pizza.

We were expecting the restaurant to be busy, but after waiting for half an hour, there was no communication from them. They did not answer the phone, and it seems like the Domino's website deactivated the send button on their feedback form. Their pizza tracker suddenly showed that the pizza had been delivered, even though we never received it. We won't be returning to this restaurant because they did not provide any food. This experience has convinced us to try Papa John's for our take-out pizza needs in the future. We hope for a better experience with them.

We ordered two large pizzas for delivery on Wednesday, February. We ordered a tandoori hot and an American hot. The delivery was fast, but when we opened the pizzas, we found that the tandoori hot was a little undercooked, although it was hot. The American hot looked absolutely terrible - it appeared to be thrown together and was missing a clump of pepperoni. This was disappointing to see, as it seemed like there was no quality control before delivery. I contacted the restaurant after the delivery and they offered to either replace the order or provide a refund. I chose the refund and am now waiting to see how long it takes to receive it.
