Chipotle Mexican Grill - East Glenville

It was my first time visiting a Chipotle, and I was quite impressed by the staff's knowledge of the ingredients. She was very friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-organized. The bowl I ordered was decent, but I probably won’t return.

Did you visit for the first time? I had heard good things about Chipotle and decided to try it. I ordered a taco salad, and while the flavors of the ingredients were decent, it was an overly messy and overflowing creation that I found difficult to eat. It was so unappealing that I don’t think I'll be returning. There was no presentation to speak of.

Wow, what a disappointing experience. This was by far the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. The fire alarm was barely being held up with some Scotch tape. The service was extremely slow; I waited an hour for two quesadillas after standing in line, only to discover that they were only available for online orders, which left the rest of my food cold. My burrito was primarily filled with chicken fat instead of decent-quality meat, and the chicken on the quesadilla was burnt. To top it all off, the parking lot was a complete disaster.
