Melanie and the team at OTR are the absolute best. Melanie has a true gift for event planning and execution, her talent shines through in the details she is able to think about and plan for. When we last minute added a hot pretzel station for the end of the night, she thoughtfully had the staff put out to-go containers for each guest. She did the same for cupcakes we had for dessert, without us asking (honestly I never would have thought to even ask for this)!. When it got chilly during dinner before dancing started, the team brought out heaters for the guests, when the shuttle bus wouldn't drive up the hill to pick everyone up she coordinated several golf carts to drive guests down to the bus (while I stood there in a panic). The staff set up our table decor fantastically, they were so attentive to myself and my husband throughout the day. We had drinks waiting for us after we walked up the aisle when the ceremony ended. We had a platter of appetizers brought directly to us during cocktail hour. They accommodated requests from family members and bridal party members that were not planned for and they were so gracious about it when they easily could have said no. I would recommend everyone who wants to have a midsize wedding check out OTR! The value for the cost is outstanding and Melanie is truly a magician. I can not recommend OTR enough!

Melanie is hands down the best event planner I’ve ever worked with. Our family has hosted countless gatherings at On The Rocks, and we have never been let down. From holiday parties to baby showers, birthday celebrations, and even our recent memorial golf tournament, everything at the club and restaurant has been impeccable! With nearly a hundred golfers participating, the course was in excellent condition, and the staff at the pro shop were well-organized and ready for our special event. We absolutely love this golf course and restaurant and highly encourage everyone to come and experience the wonders of Fox Hopyard for themselves. The restaurant staff feels like family to us. It's our top choice and will continue to be for many years to come!
