We love this place! Come for the happy hour, 4 to 7 everyday and get hooked on their food! So fresh, huge portions and not pretentious but chill and relaxed. Very clean and tidy, the service is always attentive as they ease into the busy season but this place is SO GOOD, we always find ourselves here ordering everything on the menu. Literally love this place! And the wine selection like wow, impeccable and a huge creative cocktail list that will be sure to please . Enjoy!

Huge portions do not make for disappointing food. Either strongly salted or tasteless. We gave The Blend 2 chances that they both broke out. Not another third.

The Blend is one of the best places for dinner in East Hampton. Chef Luis and support staff led by Virginia create flavorful dishes for all seasons. The prime rib was outstanding. Fresh local oysters a must. Come, you will make The Blend one of your favorites too!
