Villa Milano's - East Hartford

I can't find the cake to express my satisfaction with the service and eat it! these people regularly go out of their way to provide me their excellent service all the way away in Hartford while they offer grad a service! it seems as if an excellent customer service had been a thing of past, but not with this restaurant. they go beyond and beyond each time and I salute them for their excellent service. Thank you.

I ordered a pizza, and I realized I was a little short on cash (just $2 short of my $20). The guy was very understanding and didn't make me feel bad about it at all!

I decided to treat my daughter to some fried dough with sugar, and they were incredibly crispy, almost like chips! I called Milano's kitchen to express my concerns, and the person on the other end was unhelpful and just hung up on me. I’ve decided I will never spend another penny there again. On top of that, the person who handled my payment kept my change by rounding it up and only giving me the bills.

Grinders are garbage. Not only that, ordered a bratbeef, but got steak and cheese... or at least I hope it's otherwise, I'll die...

I visited this restaurant for the first time during a late-night pizza craving, and I must say, it's some of the best pizza I've had in town at a great price. I will definitely be returning! I ordered the cheese pizza and the Bianca pizza, both of which I would rate 10/10.
