Taco Bell - East Lansing

The food was excellent, but the dining area was a complete disaster. The common areas were almost devoid of supplies, except for the fire sauce I enjoy. It seemed like there was a shortage, but during my visit, no staff members came out to address the situation.

Located right in the heart of Michigan State University, home to the Spartans and diverse talent, this particular location seems to be facing some operational challenges. During my visit, there were only two staff members working, and while they were busy, they appeared overwhelmed, even with the relatively low number of customers present. I ended up waiting about seven minutes for my order, and I truly felt for the staff. With summer vacation starting for students, I imagine many employees had left, putting extra pressure on those who remained. Despite the stress, the food was great, and the staff showed determination and a positive attitude. I hope their operational issues get sorted out soon! Go Green!
