Cake Cult - East London

I had the rocky road, and it was absolutely fantastic! It's a charming little pink spot that offers a variety of delicious sweets, along with sandwiches and other items. The prices were reasonable considering the quality—nothing was too pricey. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was fantastic! I had a salt beef focaccia sandwich and an Oreo biscuit brownie, both of which were delicious.

Finally, Cake Cult has opened a new location at Hackney Bridge, just over six months after its debut. We’ve been fans of their cakes since they went by the name Vegan Delice, and they frequently appeared at the Hackney Downs Vegan Market. The menu isn’t limited to just cakes; they also offer an array of savory items, such as spiced gozleme, focaccia (which makes for fantastic sandwiches with their "I Am Not OK" cheese), and wonderful milkshakes. On the cake side, the Bakewell tart is a firm favorite of my partner, while I absolutely adore their brownies, blondies, and biscuits. It’s a short walk from Westfield Stratford and just a stone's throw from the river, plus they have a few outdoor tables for anyone who prefers to enjoy their vegan treats al fresco! Chanel, the owner, and her team are truly lovely!

Cult cake is very small (they would fight to fit more than 3 or 4 customers here) and the selection is not the largest, but what they have is really delicious! we went for the marshmallow white chocolate cookie and the rocky street and they were both so good – really rich and revered! I will definitely try again, more of their goodies!

Lovely little shop with interesting options vegan baked goods. I had the rocky road dessert, which was really delicious but a little bit dry. Overall, I gave this place 4 1 2 stars.
