My wife ordered online. When I arrived to pick it up I was asked if it was in another name. Turns out our order was “stolen”. The manager did not care in the least bit. In fact, she made me feel like it was my fault they had to remake the order. The staff and management at this location is very sub-par. Go somewhere else.Food: 1/5
I absolutely love chipotle. but if this chipotle is the one near your area, order in person or use a delivery app like doordash or grubhub. i order on the chipotle app and my food was incorrect, i ordered a burrito bowl and they gave me a burrito. i went inside to complain and this one girl who was working gave me a attitude and said i was lying, then somebody else came to me and offered to make me a burrito bowl. i ordered chipotle in person and it was perfect and i ordered it on doordash it was perfect. Maybe that woman was untrained but she just sat around, and a group of her coworkers were joking around with her.Vegetarian options: Theres so many healthy options like brown rice, guac, veggies , peppers and etc they are organic and some options are vegan friendlyParking: theres about a few spots infront maybe 6 or 9Dietary restrictions: You can remove and add anything on your bowl, burrito or quesadilla or salad. The options are limitless
Ordered a burrito bowl and kids meal it was supposed to be my first takeout meal experience with my almost 1 year old… they got my order wrong, a veggie bowl which was covered with chicken. Coming home after running errands, looking forward to the meal that was fulfilled incorrectly, the disappointment was real. It’s not as simple as pushing the chicken to the side if you have religious dietary restriction. There’s no way for me to make a complaint aside from the chatbot that gave a credit for a drink! Adding insult to the injury. I would like a refund!
I regularly eat and love Chipotle brand products. Never have I had an issue as bad as I experienced yesterday. I purchased a chicken burrito at the East Longmeadow location and started eating it. A few bites in I bit down on a nickel-sized chicken bone. It made me wince but thankfully I didn't bite hard enough to harm my mouth. Not more than two bites later I hear a loud crack as I bite down again on something that resembles a small stone. I shattered both my top and bottom molers and now have fangs on the outside crown of both teeth, causing me to have to make a dentist appt next week to have them fixed. This will likely cost me hundreds of dollars to repair of no fault of my own. I'm talking to a lawyer about taking legal action against Chipotle to cover my medical bills and compensate me for the pain I'm currently in with a vertical crack down my top moler. Everything I eat makes it more sensitive. I can understand a bone getting in the chicken occasionally but to have a small rock get into my food and break my teeth? That is outrageous. If nobody contacts me about making this right, Chipotle will be getting served with papers in the near future. This is unacceptable.
