Carvel - East Northport

I truly appreciate having ice cream, regardless of its quality. While I'm usually easy to please, this experience was quite disappointing in both the product and the customer service. Our usual Carvel had a long line, so we decided to try this location instead. Unfortunately, they were out of my usual red bonnet, so I opted for a large vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles—an order I thought would be straightforward. The cone holder was designed for a different type of cone, but that wasn’t the main issue. What I received was a massive blob of ice cream that was melting and spilling everywhere!

I had a great experience at Carvel! The ice cream is incredibly fresh and the portions are generous. The Reese's sundae dasher is absolutely delicious! The service was decent as well.

The pre-made cones were frostbitten, and I found ice in my mint chocolate, which also suggested it was not fresh. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I definitely won't be returning.

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing East Northport and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. No public Restroom. Reasonably priced. Staff is ok. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

They are under a new management now, better and friendly service. My kids love their products so much, very fresh soft serve and beautiful cakes.
