Pizza Valley - East Point

I have to say, my experience was not great. I wanted to respond directly to your comment, but Google reviews won't let me do that, so I'm editing my post instead. I ordered a white pizza with onions, feta, and extra cheese, but what I received was a regular cheese pizza without sauce—just cheese on bread—completely missing the extras I paid for. The onions in the salad tasted off, so that got thrown away, and the chicken Alfredo was disappointing; the person I got it for didn’t like the sauce at all. Overall, I regret spending $62 here. The fries were good, though!

First of all, I want to clarify that this pizza is far from "New York Style," and I speak as a New Yorker who has just arrived in Georgia. The quality is even below that of Domino's—it's mediocre at best. The wings I received were tiny, and the sauce was just slopped on top of the plain wings instead of being properly cooked in. To make matters worse, they charged a $7 delivery fee, and it took 1.5 hours to get my food. Unfortunately, I foolishly gave a $5 tip when the food arrived without checking it first. I am completely disappointed, especially since this is the first restaurant I’m trying in Georgia. I would like a refund, but it seems like the owner doesn't care much about customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the generic responses to negative reviews.

I have to start by giving them just 1 star, which is the lowest rating possible. I used to eat at Pizza Valley every day, but my last experience changed that. I ordered an X-Large pizza, cheese fries, and 10 pieces of wings. The chicken wasn’t fully cooked, and the cheese fries had a bug in them. I called the store to inform them, and while they agreed to remake the food, they required me to return the original order first. I paid $34 and felt that they showed no consideration for the situation.

Pizza is strangely good. They gave plenty of options. I eat here frequently because their prices are awesome! The lower score is because Customer service is not their strong point

I've been ordering pizza from this place for years, and it's consistently fantastic and somewhat healthy. They don't use any pork products in their dishes, and you definitely get more pizza for your money. So let's stop the negative talk about Pizza Valley and take a look at their long-standing reputation. Years of excellent service!
