Embassy Suites By Hilton Syracuse

I don’t write reviews often (I do , but I had to take the time to do this. Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse surpassed my expectations.For the price and the unassuming location, I didn’t expect such a treat inside. The reception was nice, and the room was a great size. The giant atrium made it feel like a mini resort type hotel. The included(! breakfast is also one of the best I’ve seen made to order omelets and tons of other hot options. It’s randomly very nice.There were a couple of things that could’ve been better like the automatic coffee machines weren’t great and the shower didn’t have any product in the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, but overall:I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Heavily impressed with the warm welcome from Tati, but furthermore, how hands on Christine the GM was. From assisting with questions upon check in to helping the bar out with reception, she exemplifies all good things in hospitality. She’s a great ambassador for this beautiful establishment and we look forward to future stays! Furthermore, Cameron the director of Food and Beverage worked hard to assist in the flow of reception and appease all guest’s with a kind demeanor. 10/10!

Very nice staff! Delicious 24hrs restaurant near by Ali Baba restaurant and smoke shop. Definitely go so delicious! Really nice gym, free breakfast (ends early 9:30 so wake up early if you want it). Clean, updated, nice size room my family of 4 stayed for 5 days and it was perfect. Green lakes is nearby and a great day of fun, mall is near for rainy fun days, filled with fun activities not your average mall. Recommend! I was worried about the temperature because I read reviews saying the AC didn't work but our room was nice and cold on 91 degree days!

We stayed here for two nights for a family weekend getaway. The location was convenient for us as it was a short drive to a concert venue we were going to as well as shopping and restaurants. The service at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The only disappointing part of check in was finding out that the pool was closed for repairs but these things happen. One our second night, we had some very loud neighbours and I called down to the front desk they resolved the issue quickly. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel the room was spacious and lovely and perfect for our needs. We will be back.

Stay away! If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager of this hotel showed a lack of empathy about missing a 48-hour room cancellation policy. (I missed it by a few hours) After many conversations, she begrudgingly charged us half of the room rate. She told me it was Hilton’s cancellation policy, not the hotel's. According to Hilton’s corporate office, this is not true, it is up to the individual hotel. Anytime either my husband or myself talked to the manager, she was rude and condescending.I have reached out to Hilton’s cooperate office, and they have been no help. I have lost faith in Hilton and no longer feel honored as a Hilton Honor member.
