Greenwood Winery & Bistro

Our server was right on the ball taking it drink orders but then we sat quite a while waiting for her to take our dinner orders. The general manager/executive chef was very nice and got her moving for us. Since this is also a winery they only have their wines for purchase on the drink menu. I decided to get a wine flight to try a few out, I was not a fan of their wine. Next time I’ll just order a mixed drink or beer. I ordered the small plate of scallops on a bed of sautéed spinach, it lacked flavor and disappointingly the 4 scallops were only about the size of a quarter. My friends ordered soups and salads and all were happy with their meals. Although I was a little disappointed I will go back and try it again. We decided that Summer on the patio would be great for a girls night!

Drinks outside around the fire pit on a beautiful afternoon with great service. Then we had dinner inside we all had the combo, 2 with soup and sandwich, the other soup and salad. Everything was fresh and delicious! Oh and the truffles were thick and decadent.....

We had such an amazing time...the staff was very kind and attentive..the atmosphere was perfect..and the food was tasteful and decadant. To be able to go outside and enjoy the night by the fire afterwords was the icing to the night..we met new friends around the fire shared stories and laughed while enjoying some tasty wines. I would deffinately recommend this bistro and will be returning again soon !..Carl is doing an amazing job and he has a wonderful staff !!!

Love this place! Manager and wait staff were attentive and the food was excellent!

We’ve been here several times and I want so much for it to be great but each time it’s a little disappointing. There was only one server in the dining room on a Saturday night- made the service slow and she wasn’t able to check on us throughout the meal. My husbands dinner was not what he ordered but he went with it because it was close and it was tasty. My dinner had clearly been sitting under the warmer for awhile as my vegetable was mushy and the potatoes had dried out a bit. I’m sad it wasn’t ether because it’s very convenient and I enjoy the atmosphere- I also like trying new wines. Perhaps next time we’ll try sitting in the bistro area.
