I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered 500 grams of chicken liver, but the young lady only gave me 100 grams. To make matters worse, I was charged for 1 kilogram of chicken liver. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I got home. What a shame! I will never return to this place.

The management is poor, and the customer service is awful. I will not be purchasing anything from this place again.

This chicken shop needs to be closed down. It's clear that a health inspector should pay them a visit. I stayed away from the battered chicken pieces, but even the boiled ones had gritty particles, like sand or dirt, mixed in. When I returned the 'sandy' boiled chicken, the manager informed me that someone else had complained about the same issue just before me. He didn't remove all the affected schnitzels from the menu, claiming they were all from the same batch. I told him he was risking the health of customers and urged him to dispose of the contaminated food. I did get a refund, but when I left and looked back, I saw him selling the contaminated chicken again.

Good service always friendly and eating is fresh and hot

Would give minus 1 star if it was an option here, shocking lack of any courtesy let alone a smile and a complete lack of consideration and common sense. A young yall fellow of South Asian appearance was extremely rude and condescending today 24 August 2021, when I politely asked for that chicken in the window and he took another one out, when I asked for the one I pointed to he rudely insisted they are all the same and continued to bag the one I didn 't ask for . I found him terribly confrontational and making an issue out of nothing where a paying customer is politely asking for an item one is paying for. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Rude and no customer service skills! Look at their rating on here?!
