Our wedding cake was absolutely breathtaking, featuring white buttercream adorned with blue swirls, dots, and rhinestone bands that beautifully separated the three tiers. The bottom tier was Casada cake, and it was simply phenomenal! The red velvet on the second tier was incredible as well. Instead of saving the top tier, which was a classic wedding white, to freeze for our anniversary, we opted to enjoy it right away. It was incredibly moist, and the buttercream frosting was the best we've ever had! Thank you, Maria Joe!

Maria and Joe created our wedding cake, and it was absolutely delicious! Maria was incredibly easy to work with, making the entire process feel effortless. Our cake was three tiers, and she suggested having the bottom and middle tiers in two different flavors for our guests, which I thought was a brilliant idea! We saved the top tier for ourselves, and I'm so glad we did because now we get to enjoy a whole tier just for us! It was fantastic, and I highly recommend them!

Maria and Joe did a wonderful job with our wedding cake! We got married on Halloween and wanted to incorporate the colors without it being too crazy and they delivered. On top of that, the cake was absolutely delicious.
