Starbucks - Eatontown

The staff definitely has the greatest personality and it is my first time here as a shy person who they felt happy and energetic

Great Starbucks where the coffee, teas, bakery and lunch items are always delicious. Staff is very friendly. Glad to see a coffee chain so generous to customers. Even though this was a review I posted a year ago. I thank all the barista's so much the fact I placed a mobile order on a sandwich that wasn't available with my caffee latte; sandwich not being available and had a different one that's always delicious next to the latte. Thank you also for the Starbucks gift card! Always great service and look forward to seeing the new renovations.

Almost every drink here is great, except for the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I've tried ordering it three times through the drive-thru, and it has been bland each time. It always seems to lack sugar. I usually order a venti, but even with the larger size, there’s just too much espresso. I think your recipe for this drink could use some improvement. The café at Barnes and Noble across the street makes it really well, so I've started going there for that drink instead—it's a shame you can’t earn stars there. Everything else has been fine!

They occasionally mess up my order, but nobody is perfect. I'm not sure if it's due to an impending recession or because Starbucks is becoming less profitable, given that they have halted their dividend payments, but they have also stopped offering my dogs Puppuccinos. It's really disappointing.
